We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team in Crawley, West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a passionate and dedicated team in a CAMHS inpatient clinic for young people aged 13-18 with primary mental illness diagnosis.

About the Role

This full-time position involves managing complex caseloads and conducting social care assessments. You will also facilitate group activities and support young people in planning their futures.

  • Location: Crawley, West Sussex
  • Commutable from surrounding areas
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Healthy work-life balance with 33 days annual leave plus birthday off
Key Responsibilities
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Experience working with young people, particularly within a CAMHS environment
  • Strong safeguarding and risk assessment knowledge
