Landscape Maintenance Foreman Position

R&S Landscaping is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our crew.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect route sheets and work orders daily for additions, deletions, changes, or client requests.
  • Perform pre-shift vehicle inspections and report any issues to the Assistant Maintenance Division Manager.
  • Drive trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections upon completion to ensure quality and professionalism.
  • Communicate customer feedback and complaints promptly to the Assistant Maintenance Division Manager.
  • Report damaged or broken tools, equipment, or customer property to the Assistant Maintenance Division Manager.
  • Participate in snow removal during the winter season.
  • Document site notes and submit to the Assistant Maintenance Division Manager.
Leadership and Support
  • Provide motivation, leadership, coaching, training, supervision, and support to the crew.
  • Offer ongoing performance feedback to the crew.
Shop, Vehicle, and Yard Maintenance
  • Remove trash from the truck daily.
  • Bring designated equipment into the shop for bi-weekly maintenance.
Training and Safety
  • Attend required education classes.
  • Adhere to safe driving and equipment operation policies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in landscaping.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to communicate with clients in English.
