Job Summary:

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Trade Specialist to join their repairs team covering Havering and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-trade maintenance and a strong background in social housing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out multi-trade maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  2. Work on a variety of social housing properties, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.
  3. Use own van and tools to travel to job sites.
  4. Hold a valid UK driving license.

Requirements:
  1. NVQ/City & Guilds in a relevant trade.
  2. Multi-trade experience, preferably in social housing.
  3. Own van and tools.
  4. UK driving license.

Working Conditions:
  1. Day shift, Monday to Friday.
  2. Weekend availability.
  3. On-the-road work.

Salary: £200 per day.

Job Type: Full-time.
