Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Specialist

Join Jaguar Land Rover's team of experts and reimagine the future of modern luxury. As an Aesthetic Field Service Specialist, you will work in teams focused on extraordinary customer experience, sustainability, and forward-thinking. You'll collaborate with strategically-minded problem-solvers supporting the transformation of our iconic house of brands – Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, and Jaguar – and our heritage-rich JLR Classic range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve performance issues identified by the NSC (National Sales Centre) teams and associated Customer Service KPIs and technical, warranty, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Respond to briefs raised by the UK Technical Support Manager, centred on improving Customer Service processes within a Retailer to drive performance.
  • Review Retailer Active Hire (Recoveries) processes, to ensure efficiency of Triage/Diagnosis/Repair and that operations are in line with Brand expectations.
  • Coach, engage, and share best practice around the 6 Step diagnosis process and all associated workshop activity.
  • Develop actions, plans, processes, and seize opportunities for Retailer development using a variety of tools.
Requirements:
  • Experience in all aspects of Retailer and Aftersales processes (Client Journey, Technical processes) Essential. In JLR Preferable.
  • Flexible working in line with the UK wide Retailer Network operations (Regular overnight stays).
  • Skilled and confident communicator who is able to drive and embed process change and influence at all levels within the Retailer Network.
  • Automotive technical background with the ability and willingness to upskill where required.
  • Proven ability to quickly assimilate case, vehicle, and retailer data sets, taking appropriate and timely actions with the expectations of our clients foremost.
