Associate Specialist

A challenging and rewarding role has become available for a dedicated Associate Specialist to work in a leading healthcare service based in the UK. As a key member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and admissions of new patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans
- Work closely with pharmacists to ensure safe and effective prescribing practices
- Liaise with external professionals to facilitate seamless transitions to community care
- Contribute to service development through participation in clinical governance activities and quality initiatives
- Full GMC registration
- Experience working in psychiatry within multidisciplinary teams
- Good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
- At least 3 years' experience in psychiatry
- Competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum
