About the Role:

The Gas Supervisor - Team Lead will oversee the work of our team of qualified gas engineers, ensuring high standards of work, promoting Health & Safety, and providing technical support. This role will involve liaising with other departments and reporting directly to the Regional Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Conduct install surveys and subsequent QC checks on all install works
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback
  • Work closely with the Management to ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow
  • Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support as required
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements and legislation
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction


Required Attributes:

  • Experience in working in domestic plumbing & heating and hold the relevant gas qualifications
  • This is predominantly a field-based role
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is a must
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • A full UK driving license
  • All suitable applicants will undergo a DBS check before onboarding
