Drive Data-Led Marketing Strategies

As a key player in our forward-thinking, digital publishing business, you will be responsible for driving data-led marketing strategies that deliver growth and revenue.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Insights Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge marketing technology to drive engagement and revenue growth.

  • Lead the marketing technology stack, managing tools like the Customer Data Platform (CDP), CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights by analysing customer data, market trends, and competitor data to shape business strategies.
  • Optimise our CDP to ensure seamless data flow, accurate customer segmentation, and personalised marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience.
  • Drive data-led marketing initiatives, collaborating with marketing, sales, and tech teams to boost customer acquisition, retention, and understanding of data.
  • Create performance dashboards to track marketing ROI, optimise campaigns, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, ideally at Senior/Lead/Manager level.
  • Strong background in data insights, predictive analytics, data modelling, and customer segmentation.
  • Expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of using data to drive revenue growth.
  • Ideally experience in a commercial role within B2B/B2C publishing or media sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills.
