About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead a team of staff and ensure that our high standards of customer service and food quality are consistently met. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and food quality
  • Assist the General Manager in leading the restaurant and achieving business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-12 months of management experience in a hospitality, leisure, or retail environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
