Trade Craftsman

About the Role
Adore Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Trade Craftsman to work on various projects in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, and parts of Berkshire and London. As a Trade Craftsman, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality aftercare work on new build properties, including painting, decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and joining, siliconing, and basic carpentry.

The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driving licence, previous multi-skill experience in several trades, and ideally a background in property maintenance. A CSCS card or willingness to gain one is also required.

This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a range of benefits, including a company vehicle, workplace pension scheme, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), uniform and PPE provided, work fuel and trade cards, full paid leave over Christmas and New Year period, no on-call service, discretionary Christmas bonus, in-house training and mentoring, and a joining bonus after six months of service.

We offer Saturday overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the standard pay rate.
