Job Description

About the Role

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Trainee Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Trainee Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing roads and sewers, compiling Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies, and working closely with residential developers across the north of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop drainage systems and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure projects meet client requirements
  • Provide technical support to project engineers and clients
  • Attend site and client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field (HNC, HND, or T-Level)
  • Experience with AutoCAD and drainage design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
