About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. As a Business Transfer Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in selling their businesses, including cafes, restaurants, dry cleaners, hotels, hair and beauty salons, takeaways, pubs, and MOT centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Registering buyers' details and maintaining accurate records
  • Answering inbound calls and responding to enquiries via phone and email
  • Arranging appointments between sellers and buyers and following up to gain feedback
  • Contacting potential vendors to inform them about our services
  • Advertising businesses on various websites and portals
  • Dealing with offers and negotiations, and preparing sales letters and references
  • Keeping records of calls and sales, and noting useful information

Requirements:

  • Preferably some experience in a similar environment, but we will consider fully training the right candidate
  • Able to understand and use a simple database and telephone system (e.g. CRM software)
  • Ability to learn about our services and describe/explain them to prospects, clients, and applicants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
