Asda Pharmacy Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pharmacy Practice Manager at ASDA Careers. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth.
You will work closely with the Area Manager to achieve exceptional levels of patient safety and satisfaction, while maintaining high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
