The Sterling Choice is seeking a highly motivated Uptime Optimization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing plant uptime and efficiency, while ensuring compliance with Mechanical, Electrical, and Environmental regulations.

The estimated salary for this role is £43,000 per annum.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve plant efficiency.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Safely isolating plant systems for maintenance and assisting contractors.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical qualifications.
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
