IT Infrastructure Leader

DX Network Services Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Leader to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining software applications, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in software maintenance and development, a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical documentation, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

1. Software Application Installation: Install, configure, and update software applications to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
3. Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and performance, and upgrade software applications as needed.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve processes, and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software maintenance and development.
• Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical documentation, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
