At Pertemps ERP, we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Portuguese/Spanish speaking research executive. This entry-level role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing and Screening: Utilize databases, job boards, and social media to source candidates and conduct interviews to assess their suitability and match them with client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing support throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support and Collaboration: Assist recruitment consultants by delivering high-quality candidate profiles and managing hiring projects efficiently.
  • Job Advertising and Communication: Create and promote job adverts in English and Portuguese/Spanish and liaise between candidates and recruiters to manage expectations.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining high service levels for candidates.
