We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support our production objectives through consistent quality work.

The successful candidate will uphold safety regulations, supervise production processes, and ensure all products meet quality expectations.

To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, technical expertise, and mathematical skills.

Duties/Expectations:

  • Conduct regular quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Reject products and materials that fail to meet quality standards and issue NCR when necessary.
  • Analyze blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand product requirements.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare final products to specifications.
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure quality control.
  • Document inspection outcomes through detailed reports and performance records.
  • Resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • Identify product defects and reworks causes.
  • Verify equipment calibration accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Inspect vendor/supplier facilities as required.
