About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Executive Support Specialist at AJ Bell Management Limited.

  • You will be responsible for booking travel/accommodation, managing diaries, and processing expenses.
  • Management and tracking of invoices, policies, and procedures.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as defined by the Investments Director and/or Head of Product.
  • Good planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexible and adaptable, co-operative, and supportive team player.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience.
