Live-in Carer Job Description

At Alina Homecare, we're seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as live-in carers. As a live-in carer, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with companionship, reassurance, and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring clients maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Administer medication, as required, and ensure clients take their prescribed medications on time.
