Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Expert to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.



  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement software solutions to meet business needs, leveraging expertise in software engineering and development methodologies.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with QA team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality software products.
  • Document and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software products.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++, with experience in software development and testing.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:




  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure, with a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, with experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker, with a strong understanding of containerization principles and best practices.
