Engineering Team Leader - Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to lead the Engineering Team in the FMCG sector, based in Harrogate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment.

About the Role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety across all site assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
  • Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions to prevent downtime and optimize production processes.
  • Lead the Engineering Team to implement process improvements and maintain equipment.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in maintenance engineering or a similar field.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
