The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring group accounting policies and regulatory standards are maintained to the highest standard. This involves overseeing the accurate and timely reporting of annual statutory accounts and monthly Group reporting for the UK entities, with 4 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external auditors to ensure successful completion of reviews, statutory audits, and ad hoc process reviews.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Prepare annual audited UK GAAP accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive projects, from system migrations and process improvements, to make a positive impact on the business.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and collaborate with other finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
