About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our sales and design team as a Retail Sales Designer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and create personalized design solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from initial consultation to final sale.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
