Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Escape Recruitment Services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in public sector procurement and gain valuable experience.

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Procurement to support day-to-day procurement activities. You will be responsible for maintaining procurement systems, providing reports, and processing purchase orders. Additionally, you will support low-value tender exercises and train stakeholders to use the Procurement and P2P System.

If you have experience working in a purchasing or procurement team and are interested in working in the public sector, this role is ideal for you. You will have the opportunity to gain experience and training in public sector regulations and procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining procurement systems and providing reports.
  • Processing purchase orders and supporting low-value tender exercises.
  • Training stakeholders to use the Procurement and P2P System.


Requirements:
  • Experience working in a purchasing or procurement team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build key relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good work ethic and desire to progress.
  • Experience using systems and databases.
