Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Apprentice Mechanic to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical services for commercial vehicles, including Ford and other brands.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000, which includes a generous joining bonus of £2,000 paid in two installments and a performance-related bonus of around £6,000-£8,000 annually.

In this role, you will assist senior technicians, provide coaching and support to junior team members, and ensure accurate and timely recording of technical information.

To qualify for this position, you must have a strong foundation in commercial vehicle technology, preferably with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent. Previous experience working on commercial vehicles, particularly with MOT Testing qualifications and main dealership experience, is highly desirable.
