Job Summary:
Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full life-cycle recruitment role, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement and post-placement support
- Contribute to the growth and development of the sales and recruitment team, sharing best practices and expertise
Requirements:
