Our Service: Outstanding
We're proud to have been rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission. Our team of experts provides care and support to over 140 families across Dorset and Wiltshire, in the community, at our hospices, and in families' own homes.
Your Role
You'll be based at our Wiltshire Hospice in Devizes, working in the hospice and across Wiltshire in the homes of the children and young people we care for. You'll need the skills and experience to care for children and young people with complex healthcare needs, as well as supporting with End-of-Life care.
What You'll Get
You'll have the opportunity to spend time with children and their families, getting to know them and creating wonderful memories. We'll support you through an induction process and provide any specialist training needed to deliver high-quality care.
Flexibility Required
To meet the care needs of our children and young people, flexibility is essential. Our care provision is provided seven days a week, and you'll need to be available to work evenings, weekends, school holidays, and occasional overnights. Rotas are prepared 6 weeks in advance, and you'll have the opportunity to view sample rotas in the 'Documents' section.
Contract Details
We're offering a permanent contract with hours between 20 and 25 per week, depending on your availability. A full driving license and use of a vehicle for business purposes are essential.
