Client Review Specialist

We are partnering with a successful firm of Independent Financial Advisers to find an experienced administrator to join their Client Review Team. This is a full-time office-based position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide long-term administration support to financial planners, focusing on client review tasks.
- Make client appointments, produce valuations, and prepare cash flow modelling.
- Action fund switches, carry out attitude to risk questionnaires, and prepare portfolio comparison analytics.
- Maintain clear and compliant records, and perform general administrative duties.
- 1 year's experience in the financial services industry, with strong data input skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer-facing interactions, good administration skills, and a phone manner.
- Ability to adapt to changing working practices and processes.
This role comes with a competitive salary range of £24,000-£28,000 per annum, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. In addition, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday, a generous pension scheme, and free secure parking.
