As a Trainee Chartered Accountant, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and completion of audits, reporting directly to managers and partners. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of accounts and reports, coordinating audit planning, and developing relationships with clients and related third parties. You will also have the opportunity to work within on-site audit teams, assisting in completing assignments under supervision, meeting deadlines, and adhering to budgets. In addition, you will assist in business development by promoting the firm and its services to the existing client base. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant degree or 6 months of experience in accounting or a similar field, be working towards ACA or ACCA qualifications, and have basic knowledge of audit processes and willingness to learn external audit assignments. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel, and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidate will be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
