We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Professional to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Delivery Professional, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across our delivery area.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, 5 days a week, with the possibility of working two in four Sundays. You will be required to work at our Skelmersdale Delivery Office, WN8 9UW, and may be required to work at other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
