About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our Community Support Service team in Oxford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, ageing needs, and dementia.

Key responsibilities include providing high-quality and meaningful activities, medication support, personal care, food and drink preparation, and support. You will work from your initiative and support people's growth and achieve their desired goals.
