We're seeking a results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.

Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating tenancies
  • Maximizing branch income and profitability

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Estate Agency professional with:

  • Estate Agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A full UK driving license
