Key Responsibilities:
  • Legal Advice and Support: Provide proactive and commercial legal advice and assistance, ensuring effective solutions within acceptable levels of risk.
  • Fund Documentation: Draft, coordinate, and manage fund prospectuses and other product documentation, including local prospectus supplements and translations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Analyse regulations and implement resulting changes to fund documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with the business to gather information and manage comments from multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Governance and Approval: Manage the governance and approval of fund documentation changes, ensuring timely and efficient decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Law degree with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Skills: Logical and methodical approach with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience: Ability to proactively build relationships at all levels within the organisation, manage external legal advisers when necessary, and possess knowledge of ESG investing.
