Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tutoring Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As an Outreach Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education and boost attainment levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting SEN pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex needs. You will work closely with us to monitor the progression of each pupil, submitting weekly reports on their highs and lows, and highlighting engagement levels to ensure the sessions are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupils' education
  • Support SEN pupils with autism, SEMH, and complex needs
  • Submit weekly reports on pupil progression and engagement levels

Requirements:

  • Strong background in supporting SEN pupils
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging lessons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
