Role Summary

  5. Maintaining quality of engagements, focusing on improvement and feedback
  6. Motivating and encouraging the team, providing timely constructive feedback
  7. Leading the ESG assurance team through growth and expansion
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience leading non-audit assurance teams specialising in ESG
  • Ability to design and implement non-audit assurance work programmes
  • Comfortable delivering ESG advisory projects, including Double materiality assessments and Gap analysis
