About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a range of interventions, including therapy and support
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes
