Room Leader Opportunity at Mama Bear's Day Nursery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Mama Bear's Day Nursery in Yeovil. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times.
  • Work closely with other staff members to maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an early years setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS and ability to implement it in practice.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
