About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to join our team at Parexel. As a Senior Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading project delivery and oversight to our Large Enterprise Pharmaceutical clients on a global level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a formal project plan with all key milestones, budgets, and resources assigned to specific tasks and outcomes.
  • Perform initial and ongoing risk management, identifying potential project risks and implementing contingency plans.
  • Manage and ensure first-time quality on project deliverables, establishing quality standards and driving individual and team commitment to quality.
  • Develop and manage the client relationship, owning the client relationship at a study level and responsible for client communication.
  • Understand and own the project P&L, managing the project according to budget with revenue recognition and forecasting.
  • Manage the cross-functional project team, enabling all stakeholders to achieve successful study completion while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Represent Project Leadership function in external client meetings and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education (Science or Medical related field preferred) or proven substantial clinical project management experience.
  • Advanced degree desirable.
  • Strong previous CRO experience and understanding of either Early Phase and/or Phase II-III clinical project management with demonstrable project leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in the following therapeutic areas (TA's) are essential due to our current resource needs: Oncology, Ophthalmology, Cardiovascular Disease, or Endocrinology therapeutic expertise.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English language is essential. An additional language is a benefit.
