We're looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at DB Orthodontics Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives. This includes campaign management, team leadership, budget management, market research, content creation, performance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and track KPIs and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Create high-quality marketing content to engage target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.

Salary Estimate: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role incorporating developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
