Job Title: Fire Protection Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Account Specialist to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration support to our clients in the fire protection industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive administration support to our clients, including updating portal and support back office systems.
  • Responding to customer queries and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Attending customer calls and reviews to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Raising job numbers for emergency call-outs and sending to the call-out team.
  • Creating bespoke customer reports to meet their specific needs.
  • Ensuring service delivery of PPM compliance in due period.
  • Providing accurate service reactive updates.
  • Managing impairment reports.
  • Requesting and generating linked work orders for remedial works quotes.
  • Overseeing the uploading of remedial works quotes to customer portals.
  • Liaising efficiently with the call-out and planning coordinator teams.
  • Monitoring customer portals and managing jeopardy.
  • Compiling and updating amendments to contract specifics, stores, visits, asset register, and price.
  • Contributing to financial performance.
  • Acting on customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
  • Ensuring attainment of contract-specific KPIs and SLAs.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role gained within the fire engineering/sprinkler industry.
  • Proven experience in an account management role.
  • Excellent PC skills with experience in MS Packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate with customers/stakeholders, along with a good standard of written communication.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, systematically, as well as work in a team.
  • Results/task orientation.
  • Dedicated customer focus with a genuine commitment to continuous quality improvement.
