Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to provide technical support and applications engineering services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing product and application support, testing and creating reports, launching new products, and developing training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  2. Test and create reports for technical applications to ensure they meet the required standards.
  3. Launch new products to sales teams by giving presentations, demonstrations, and tests.
  4. Develop and deliver training materials to sales teams to increase their knowledge and skill level.
  5. Control preparation, management, and fixing of demonstration equipment for sales engineers.
  6. Develop, update, and disseminate technical guides and tips to increase the knowledge and skill level of the sales force.
  7. Assist salespeople with on-site presentations to customers, as needed.
  8. Proactively identify areas to improve department operation efficiency and initiate projects to achieve such improvements.
  9. Understand and observe company/department policies and procedures.
  10. Handle IT-related issues and other duties or projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Degree educated in an engineering or technical discipline.
  2. Placement/year in industry preferred.
  3. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  4. Must have a full driving license, valid in the UK.
