Event Logistics Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Event Logistics Manager to join our Events and Awards team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B events, including executive dinners, workshops, conferences, and industry awards.
- Curate delegate lists to create a targeted audience for each event.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in event management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum + bonus scheme.
- Holiday entitlement: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 5 extra days when the office is closed at Christmas.
