As a Registered Nurse with Electus Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse on the live NMC register.
  • 1 year of experience in a care home setting.
