Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Actuarial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for performing actuarial analyses to assess profitability and socializing results with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to perform actuarial analyses and provide insights on business profitability.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a claims data production and monitoring process.
  • Determine and establish early warning indicators and analytical risk identification practices.
  • Collaborate with actuarial pricing and UW management teams on SWOT analysis for business written.
  • Create ad hoc reports, analyses, and data sets to identify and solve business problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in actuarial roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of reserving and risk analytics.
  • Proficient in data manipulation, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, MS Office, Power BI).
