We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Solicitor to join our Asset Management division.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus 12% car allowance, and a strong benefits package. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and amending financial services agreements related to the UK Super Manco, UK authorised funds, and unit-linked funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing investment management agreements
  • Providing legal support to the business, including advising on the structure and launch of new funds
  • Assessing and advising teams on legal risk and recommending strategies to mitigate those risks
  • Monitoring events and developments that could have legal implications for the UK business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified solicitor with a current Practising Certificate, excellent technical knowledge of funds, and experience in structuring, launching, and amending investment funds in the UK.

You will also need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to deal with senior stakeholders across the business.
