Job Title: AR/AP Manager

At Service Express, we believe that great work starts with great people. The AR/AP Manager is a new role in the team reporting to the VP Finance - Europe who will be managing the Accounts Receivables team and overseeing the Accounts Payable activities for the European business at Service Express.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable function for the European region
  • Run weekly ledger analysis and reporting
  • Complete monthly customer statement reconciliations
  • Monitor the bank reconciliations for the business
  • Sign-off weekly payment runs
  • Ensure that existing customers receive excellent service, accurate invoicing, and billing solutions
  • Drive improvements in the billing process and organization to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team
  • Conduct bi-weekly team meetings to discuss monthly results and tactical items
  • Coordinate financial and budgetary administration for the AR team
  • Account Delinquency and Reconciliation Management
  • Responsible for managing/monitoring a portfolio of Accounts Receivable customers/accounts
Requirements:
  • 5 years + experience in Accounts Payable and/or accounts receivable
  • Experience of working with a computerised ledger system, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics
  • Up to £55,000 annual salary depending on experience + bonus
  • Car allowance or choice of a company vehicle
