The Role:

  • Landing and Managing: Oversee all land activities, including people management, steering high-profile negotiations, managing wider networks, and communicating across internal teams.
  • Securing Agreements: Secure land agreements to support the development and delivery of renewable energy projects.
  • Negotiating with Owners: Identify and engage with potential landowners, perform initial feasibility assessments, and negotiate heads of terms.
  • Preparation of Documents: Prepare land agreements.
  • Flexible Working: Enjoy a hybrid working model, with 1-2 days in the office, remote working, and nationwide travel.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Significant experience in land sourcing and management.
  • Proven background working on utility-scale Solar & BESS.
  • Degree qualified in Land/Legal/Planning or similar.
  • Demonstrable leadership/management experience.
  • Commutable to Glasgow.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus up to 25% discretionary bonus, life assurance, health insurance, death in service, social perks, events, and other benefits.
