Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the coordination of fire protection projects within the social housing sector. As a member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide cost estimates.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring projects remain within budget.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
- Review and analyze contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Negotiate and manage changes to contracts, including variations and claims.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related field.
