Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Rehab Experience

We are currently recruiting an Occupational Therapist with Community Rehab experience for a hospital based in East London.

Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.

The shift pattern would be 08:00am to 4:00pm, although the service would consider other suitable work patterns for the right candidate.

As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a community setting
* Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
