About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team at Ryanair. As a key member of our technical operations, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of Challenger 3500 aircraft and ensuring they are airworthy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our AOG support fleet of Challenger 3500 aircraft
  • Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery across the Ryanair network
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies, and regulations
  • Supervise and mentor Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and defect rectification
  • Perform occasional 'flying spanner' duties

Requirements:

  • Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential)
  • Bombardier Challenger 300 Series Type rating (Essential)
  • EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B1 License holder (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential)
  • Good IT Literacy (Essential), with AMOS experience desirable
  • Learjet 40/45 type rating an advantage
