Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Operations & Finance Assistant to join our expanding team in London. As a Graduate Operations & Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, supporting project management, financial tracking, and order processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Management: Assist Project Managers in delivering customer-facing projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor Financials: Track costs across multiple projects, ensuring budget adherence, and provide financial reports to senior management.
  • Manage Orders & Invoices: Oversee the entire order processing cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth financial transactions in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Assist with Financial Reporting: Help the finance team prepare financial reports, reconcile invoices, and maintain precise financial records.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as a key liaison between internal teams (technology, customer solutions, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support Sales Operations: Assist with generating invoices, managing client accounts, and coordinating office supplies and order fulfilment.
  • Handle Client Queries: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of inquiries.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify areas for operational improvement, helping to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A passion for both operations and finance, with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to approach problems with innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal- and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while staying organised and self-motivated.
  • A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
  • Previous experience in finance-related tasks or project coordination is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is what matters most.
